Customer Terry Barwegan thoughts- Thank you Terry!

First of all I must say I enjoyed the coffee. At first sight I would call the beans to be a "medium dark" roast. I say this because of the bean color and the lack of any oil on bean surface.

I make my coffee using the French Press method. My methodology is as follows; I first course grind about 3 table spoons of coffee, for about 10 oz. of water heated to (again) about 190 F. I pour in half of the water and let the grounds blossom for 30 seconds (much like letting wine breath after opening) I then stir the crusted grounds which will collect at the top of the water The remainder of the water is poured in and the lid is put on, with plunger all the way to the top. After brewing for three minutes the plunger is pushed down and the coffee is ready to enjoy and I did enjoy.

As I said in appearance I would call this a med-dark roast but with a chocolaty aftertaste much like unsweetened chocolate. I do feel it has a rich flavor yet light in acid, with a "good morning" aroma.

Yes I would drink this coffee again, but can not resist wanting to try other roasts this Roasting company has to offer.

Oh I almost yes I did not violate this coffee with creamers, or sugar.

Thank you
